Client Session Guidelines
Welcome and I am so excited to be with you on your journey! We are setting these intentions as we go hand-in-hand with joy and delight in our hearts:
We will hold an authentic vision and create the world you see. Thank you for letting me be your partner as we raise the frequency, release blocks, and discover the speed bumps to change. Own the responsibility of taking action in your life to realize that change is in your hands. It is you that will be executing the work that is needed to construct your new vision/world/reality.
Drink lots of water, rest, have a bit of space, and take care of yourself. Please give yourself some buffer time after your session to integrate the energy and information you receive. These new perspectives may need a bit of room to settle. Take this extra time for self-care as a bonus to your session — journal, make a piece of art, have a cup of tea and contemplate — and give that oophm to your integration.
Please abstain from taking mind-altering or recreational substances 24 hours before, during, and after the session.
Make sure you note any medications and supplements that you are taking and the issues why on our intake form.
There is wisdom to your body/being/spirit, and it will reveal in its own time and order what needs to be revealed. It will help if you stay curious if anything comes up that is different from your intended goal. Sometimes other layers need to be cleared and are unknown to you (we all have our blind spots, right?) until we start digging a bit. Impatience and frustration will not be helpful to the process. Some work may take time to materialize as a recognizable change in your life. Sometimes—since we work in the subconscious and energetic realms—the difference may not even be conscious until much later when you react in an unfamiliar way in a situation and someone else notices. As we said earlier, we want to keep ourselves in joy and delight to stay on the path and flow into our authentic selves.
We will celebrate our small wins, the fun epiphanies, and when we realize and release our wounds and heartbreaks with gratitude and a bit of humor.
- We do not need to suffer to grow
- We focus on the opportunity for change, not the circumstances that we want to control.
